It was great to attend the Red Meat Sector Conference in Christchurch recently.

Thanks to all that visited our stand and we are excited to be able to bring some new technology to the market. Our 675kg Fan Separator that we had on the stand proved that we are serious about supporting the New Zealand Meat Processing Industry! There are some definite challenges as the sector faces upcoming regulatory requirements around Water and Wastewater and we are ready to help navigate these.

There were a great line-up of speakers and it was good to hear how much positivity there is in the Red Meat Sector, despite many challenges.

Trade Minister Todd McClay gave some interesting insights into how the world, more than ever, needs safe, high quality food, and how NZ is particularly well placed to serve these needs.
Well done to the hard work of the team from the Meat Industry Association of New Zealand in putting on this outstanding conference!
